Karalyn Hutton joined 2Xideas as Business Development Director in April 2023 and was appointed Head of US Business Development in January 2025. Previously, Karalyn worked at Casdin Capital, an investment manager focused on the life science and healthcare fields. Prior to the investment space, Karalyn held several roles in the entertainment industry within Broadway production, theater management, and music industry-based law.
Karalyn holds a BA from Boston College with a minor from the Carroll School of Management. She additionally studied at King’s College London.
